Pecan-Crusted Chicken
The most visible attribute to our pecan-crusted chicken is the size, often spilling over the edge of the plate. We tenderize the chicken and coat it in our golden brown breading that gives it its alluring name.
Don’t let the name throw you, though, because the crushed pecan isn’t an overpowering flavor. Just a subtle hint in the taste, the mix of pecan and crispy flakes offer a one-of-a-kind crust. It’s a superb blend of soft yet crunchy with the right spice in every bite.
The tender, juicy chicken mixed with the luscious lemon butter sauce puts it over the top.
