Perfect for Family Fun
Designed for families, but open to any group to enjoy, the new Family Fun Combo offers a mix of everything under $100.
5U Golf Center President, Lance LaRue, says this has been in the works for some time as a good, new value opportunity for parents with kids or friend groups to play.
He says it’s a great introduction to 5 Under as guests get to experience the venue (A) for the first time or (B) for continued fun during the hot summer months when families want to get out for entertainment without spending too much.
“We’re very excited about this new program, and we’ve already received terrific feedback about it from families who instantly see the value for everyone to eat, play, and save,” says LaRue.
“Our 5 Under owner, Don Shaver, has been eager to find ways to bring new value and save money for our guests with programs like last year’s First Responder’s Discount and Senior Citizens’ Discount…this continues those efforts for families and it’s just a marvelous mix of golf, food, entertainment, and ease!”
The new Family Fun Combo is available not just for families, but for friends or groups looking to combine food and golf/game play together and save.
Under the Family Fun Combo at 5 Under, guests get to choose any 1 appetizer along with any two meals from the kids menu.
Don’t be fooled by the title of “Kids Menu!” The meals are quite popular among older guests already with the likes of 5 Under’s beefy Jr Golfer Burger, the always popular chicken strips, creamy mac and cheese, and more.
As for the appetizers, choosing from a variety of 5U’s favorites may be a delicious challenge with New Orleans Shrimp, Brisket Flautas, Southwest Eggrolls, the zesty jalapeno-stuffed shrimp Mulligans, Wings, and more. Also available to choose are our new Lemon-Butter Crab Cakes or our most popular—the ParTee Sampler.
LaRue adds, “As parents ourselves (many of us here), we can relate to the efforts of planning family activities during the summer weekdays and entertainment on a budget, and we aim to help make it easy, substantial, and inviting.”
5 Under Golf Center welcomes families and friends to get variety and value with the New Family Fun Combo — Mondays and Tuesdays from 2 PM til close.
Walk-ins are always welcome, but don’t risk missing out on your time of the bay or suite of your choosing!
