As a community-first, locally-owned small business, it’s important to us to connect with others and do good work that matters. 5 Under is delighted to provide support to a wide range of charities, community organizations, and events throughout the year in an effort to raise funds for worthwhile causes and move things FOREward.
Every week, we are involved in a variety of events and programs to benefit non-profits, civic efforts, educational and community advancements through our resources, time, tools, and talents. Depending on the nature of each event, in-kind donations of our pro shop and venue may include merchandise, gift cards, door prizes of 5U branded gear, golf/game play indoors or outdoor, etc. 5 Under assists anywhere from 50-100 organizations annually in this manner. Due to the overwhelming quantity of requests, we have the following procedures and guidelines designed to assist with your donation or sponsorship request.
- All donation requests must be completed in order for your organization’s request to be considered. Drop-ins without appointment, e-mails, texts, and phone calls are not accepted.
- Our review process may take up to 3 weeks for review for approval
- Please allow 7 working days processing time for donations
- Use of the 5 Under name, logos and likeness and/or any advertising that implies sponsorship or support of an event by 5 Under must be agreed upon and approved in advance in writing by the 5 Under Marketing Dept.
- Due to the large volume of requests we receive, our response to any particular donation request is at our sole discretion. Though we want to help in every opportunity, many factors may prevent our involvement such as labor, fluctuating costs and availability of goods or equipment, previously scheduled events and other concurrent donation/sponsorship participation among others. We appreciate your patience in the process, and we thank you for thinking of 5 Under for your cause or event. We look forward to the wonderful opportunity to do great things with you!
