5 Under Golf Center’s newest menu additions are bursting with flavor and fun. As summer has come to an end, we’ve added some spring and summer hits to our stellar, scrumptious lineup.
5 Under’s restaurant has something for everyone with delicious dishes like our new Red Beans and Rice, our Hatch Green Chile Cheeseburger, the G.O.A.T. Champagne Salad, and our brunch favorite— the 5-Star Breakfast!

Spectacular Apps and Entrées
Starting with our appetizer additions, the new fried garlic cheese curds are your newest culinary craving!
These fried cheese curds have a golden-brown coating and dusted with parmesan cheese. The blend of galic and cheese is as addictive as it is exciting. A great light bite, but fair warning—you won’t want to share 😉
For a bigger bite, all of our guests are raving over our new Fried Steak Bites.
Hand-breaded and seasoned, these bites of chicken fried steak are savory, juicy, and tender. It’s a terrific dish for having a hearty bite in between long drives and iron shots on the range. The crispy coating and tender steak have guests ordering seconds to share with friends. The dish comes with cream gravy, but we recommend upgrading for $1 for our poblano queso.
The queso is a sneaky good alternative, making a marvelous taste with the steak. One bite of this sizzlin’ chicken fried steak bite, and you’ll have a new favorite for sure.
5 Under Golf has added another Cajun, southern delicacy to the menu with our Red Beans & Rice.
In a bowl or a cup, you can enjoy the zesty flavor of rich, robust red beans and rice with the right touch of spice and diced sausages. Sprinkled with green onions for garnish, this is a warm, wonderful compliment to any meal or a mighty fine lunch or dinner of its own.
Our salads have a new star on the rise with our sweet berries, walnuts, spring mix hit from this summer.
The G.O.A.T. Cheese Champagne Salad is a terrific mix of tender, juicy, grilled chicken breast and fried goat cheese all tossed with champagne vinaigrette and a touch of honey.
This sensational bite was first introduced this spring with Mother’s Day, but continued through the summer due to a fervent fan base. And as more guests have asked for it, we’re making it a main menu feature.
“It’s a fun name for the salad and it’s got this remarkable flavor…we’re very excited that folks like it so much,” says Lance LaRue, president of 5U. “It’s an excellent blend of flavors from the warm goat cheese and chicken to the cool, crisp strawberries; but the champagne vinaigrette really puts it over the top.”
Bolder Bites
Deeper in the menu are burgers and sides, and 5 Under has come to play with bigger, bolder bites.
The Hatch Green Chile Cheeseburger is an outstanding burger with all the excitement you can imagine between two brioche buns. This cheeseburger did so well for our summer menu that it is now here to stay!
This features our poblano queso with a hint of jalapeno and hatch green chiles poured over our famous half-pound all-beef patty and extras.
The best part is that it’s not too hot, just big flavor. If you love a really good burger and you’re not afraid of a little mess, you’ll love this new favorite.

Besides our Hatch Green Chile Mac ‘n Cheese, we are happy to officially add Loaded Fries to our menu.
While it’s always been available and a common request from customers as a sort of secret menu item, these loaded fries are just too good to keep quiet any longer. Fresh, hot seasoned fries with bacon crumbles, melted cheese and chives are a staple for our happy hour and late night snackers. Great for sharing or just make it a meal with a side of ranch.

Weekend Wonders
Another addition to the marvelous menu at 5 Under’s restaurant is our brunch hit — 5-Star Breakfast.
This features two eggs, two bacon, two sausage, and two fluffy, sweet pancakes with butter and syrup along with toast and fresh fruit. This hearty meal is everything you want in a special breakfast. Learn More Here »
And while not brand new, we have two special brunch A-listers that deserve a shout out. These two dishes were added over the last year or two and have dominated the top-sellers lists month after month.
Our Avocado Toast and our Brisket Stack give the savory side of brunch a spotlight. Full of savory, fantastic flavors, these are among our most complimented items.
Loaded with slow-cooked brisket, the Brisket Stack is our take on a Cowboy Omelette. The eggs and brisket combine for a winning taste. With our hashbrown casserole, it’s a mighty meal that won’t leave you hungry.
The Avocado Toast at 5 Under has a deep, rich spread of freshly mashed avocado covered with microgreens, bacon crumbles and goat cheese. We top it with spices and sesame seeds for a brilliant bite.
