5 Under Golf Center Introduces NEW Discount for Police, Fire, & First Responders — proudly serving those who serve!
5 Under Golf Center is launching a new discount of 25% off food and drink (non-alcoholic) exclusively for firefighters, police, and first responders starting this Labor Day weekend.
Fire, police, and other first responders qualify for the discount of up to 1 (one) entree and 1 (one) appetizer and (1) dessert. Other guests in the party do not qualify for the discount unless they, too, are officers or department personnel with identification.
New company president, Lance LaRue, says it’s the latest addition to 5 Under’s new guest services initiatives.
“We want our promotions and discounts model to be more than just short-term marketing,” says LaRue. “This, along with our new senior citizens’ discount, is about investing in our guests and being a constant, reliable source of value. It’s how we can serve more personally.“
LaRue says that the concept comes directly from the owner of 5 Under, Don Shaver.
“Don genuinely cares about the brave men and women who serve and protect every day, and that’s why this deal is not just a one day thing, but every day,” adds LaRue. “It’s our appreciation and our invitation to come enjoy something extra special at 5 Under.”
The menu additions in the restaurant at 5 Under have increasingly welcomed new guests, particularly at lunch.
Wendy Smith, VP of Food and Beverage, says the feedback has been excellent and helped stir the new discounts for seniors and first responders.
“It’s been wonderful to meet new guests who are here for the food, not even for golf,” she says. “It’s rewarding and exciting to see, and so this is another way to connect with them and extend our thanks.”
The first responders’ discounts are for in-store or take-out orders. Just show your I.D./badge in-store or ask your server for details. Some restrictions may apply and may not be combined with other offers.
