“This new brunch addition has the mix of variety and value that we know is important to our guests,” says 5 Under President, Lance LaRue. “This is a classic big breakfast platter, and folks immediately see it as a win.”
LaRue says that 5 Under has always had a great brunch menu with creative twists on things like our Mardi Gras Shrimp and Grits (with the buttery rich New Orleans sauce and pork belly) and the Brisket Stack (a Texas-style omelet). This 5-Star Breakfast features the simpler side of brunch with big portions and a little bit of everything.
